The addition of curry seasoning and mango give this chicken salad a robust flavor that sends it over the top. Everyone will be asking for more. Food Channel culinary director Judy Sipe comments: "The key ingredient is the mango & curry sauce--it makes this chicken salad a wonderful one-of-a-kind eating experience."
Why Try? This recipe just may become your signature chicken salad.
Foodie Byte: The salad improves if made ahead of time, allowing the flavors to blend and develop. NOTE: If you are short on time use a prepared rotisserie chicken purchased from the supermarket deli or club store.
